Co signer? Is it a smart decision if needed?
Hi, I would like to purchase a multi family but right now my students loans and my monthly income is standing in the way, my mortgage rep ask “do I have anyone to co sign? “ Should I go this route or just wait? Or can you suggest some other avenues to take to be successful in this process.
