Investing in Kansas City, MO
Hey All,
I wanted to reach out and see if anyone can share any insights regarding investing in Kansas City. Considering the city is split between KS & MO i'm wondering how much the state laws differ. Also, if you recommend any transitioning areas of the city to keep an eye on that would help a lot. Would be great to connect with local property managers and developers in the area.
About me: I'm an OOS investor from NY with family ties to the KC area. Looking to buy & hold, small multi-family houses specifically for cashflow.
