Colorado springs market mayhem
Hey guys this is my first post on BP. I'm a realtor and investor here in Colorado springs and have been involved in real estate since 2010. Our market is so ridiculously tight but were still finding deals for ourselves and our clients. What's working for you as far as prospecting in other markets that also have historically low inventory?
