Hello BP community, I hope all is well and everyone is prospering well. I am a newbie investor with 2 properties located in the Long Island, NY area. Looking to purchase SFRs or Multi-family properties out of state. As we know NY area can be a tough place for buy and hold investors. Any suggestions for states or cities to look into ?
