HOA insurance Companies
Hi,
Our insurance provider for HOA wants the policy to be ended after we transitioned into a new property management company.
We are looking for General Liability, Theft, Earthquake, etc keeping all the limits that we currently have. Does anyone have any recommendations?
Also, the insurance informed us that we have recently been classified into High Fire Zone Hazard. I checked online, but couldn't find any accurate information. Is there a good link for this?
