Confused about property sale
There's a property I'm looking at and upon doing research, I found out that the property has been closed and taken off the market three times since July of 2019. I'm assuming that the people that were going to buy it previously found something and pulled out. Does anybody have any idea what would cause 3 potential buyers to back out? Unfortunately, they listing agent said she's not allowed to reveal the information from previous inspection reports. Thank you guys, if it isn't evident, I am brand new to the real estate game and just trying to get a head start on it.
