Hud budding best offers initial and counteroffer
Newbie here .... sure this has been gone over ... but any current bidding advice for HUD north eastern US. Know about 88 percent rule but it seems like there should be more. All the stuff out there on the net seems more like noise than actionable information. Any help would be welcome
