Does low income area = less cosmetic upgrades?
Hi all!
I’m doing some research on what repairs for a possible condo flip will cost. If I proceed, I would keep the unit to rent out.
The area of the condo is a lower income family area.
In your experience, do cosmetic upgrades associate with a higher rental price in low income areas?
