1) How are you finding your deals? Are you or anyone you network with looking for investment opportunities in Lancaster, Dauphin or York counties (in Pennsylvania)?

2) How are you locating lending sources for creative investments? For example, how are you locating the lenders who assist investors who are seeking down payment assistance for properties acquired through owner financing?
