HM Capital, anyone heard of them?

Has any used or even heard of HM Capital out of California? Their website is www.hardmoola.com. Any info would be greatly appreciated!

@Jordan Norr I've never heard of them. You may want to bring in private lenders and/or partners in on the next deal you find. Another option is owner financing if you meet a seller willing to do it. Hope that helps!

@Jordan Norr I am wondering the same thing because they came up in a search for mobile home park hard money lenders but their website says they lend on any kind of property. Did you give them a try?

I just had a very negative interaction with the person I spoke with at HM Capital today. I applied with these people for a mobile home in Utah we wanted to pick up as a rental. I NEVER got a response of any kind so I called them to inquire. He started getting nasty about that they do not do mobile homes and it states it ON the website. When I asked where it stated this he got VERY rude with a raised argumentative voice, practically yelling at me but never stating where on the website I could find this information. I told him I had planned on trying to use his company for 3 loan requests I have had recently for MHP lending but would not if he was going to be rude. He then yelled that I should check myself because I was sounding like I was "entitled" to a loan on something they do not loan on, all the while I was holding my voice at an even rate. This person was so VERY RUDE I will not use his company for myself or anyone else for that matter.

If anyone ends up using them - definitely share your experience in this thread! Like the others here, I just found them via a google search but have never heard of them before (and can't find reviews). Their loans see average/good and I'll keep their info.. But I won't be using them for now.

I emailed them and filled out an application but never heard back and didn’t push the issue because the deal I had my eye on got sold very quickly
