Lending Options for Duplex in Kansas City

Hey BP! I wanted to reach out to see if anyone knew of any lenders/credit unions in the Kansas City area that would hold a loan with having less than the 25% down for a duplex. I have the cash for the 25% down but really would like to to find someone to do the deal for less than that just so I can keep more cash in my pocket.
