Low down payment on second house if going from triplex yo duplex?
So I’m am looking to purchase my first home fha 3.5% house hack live for a year and move on.
My agent said that if that is my plan I am better off getting a triplex because if then my second house is a duplex I could get a low down payment 3.5 to 5%
Thoughts??
