Current market conditions
Hey everyone! I'm fairly new to the scene and just getting educated. I've noticed that lenders are eager to give out funds, inventory/good deals are fairly low and overall home prices are inflated. It feels like a volatile time (generally speaking, I know it can be different market to market). Could this mean something is coming?? What do you all think?
