Annapolis/Baltimore Real Estate Agents

I am new to BP and looking to buy my first home, do a little house hacking, and stack cash for the next investment. I work as a mechanical engineer but have become extremely interested REI over the past 6 months. I currently live in Annapolis MD and would like to stay here but I am also open to Baltimore for this first purchase. I am looking for a real estate agent who is an investor that can help me with this first purchase.
