New Builds in Lehigh Acres

Does anyone have any experience figuring out what to build for the best ROI? I am debating which floorplan and materials are going to be best. My husband is a general contractor and we could always use good sub recommendations. Does anyone have any experience with this or could recommend someone who does? We already own the land and there are new construction in the area that is going for anywhere from 150 (Wade Jurney frame homes) to 240 (high end block homes). Please feel free to reply to this post or message me directly, any advice is appreciated!

@Mary Katherine Blake I can't answer many of your questions, but I can tell you that the Wade Journey Homes tend to sit on the market much longer than many of the other new construction homes in Lehigh. They're just not very well made houses with very cheap materials, and it's noticeable. The new construction homes that sell the fastest are in the $190,000-215,000 range. I've also been told that these homes have just about the highest ROI you can find for new construction, but can't confirm that. Hope this helps!
