Having a hard time trying to find sellers

Have a solid team of buyers, just having a hard time trying to find sellers in the North Atlanta area. Any advice?

Do you have a target market/area? 

When I started I just did bandit signs then I graduated to direct mail. 

Too many investors try to be a jack of all trades - marketing on Facebook, instagram, driving for dollars, direct mail, bandit signs, etc. 

Find your niche and use it until you're an expert. That's how you get solid leads - great marketing and consistency.
