Rent out condo or sell
Hi all, we bought a condo in may 2019 for 2,30,000. Currently paying mortgage 1200/m ,hoa 205, taxes 800/month. Can rent it out for 1800/m. Moving to different state have to give it to property management, theywill charge 10% rent. We can sell it for 2,50,000. Considering 6% closing cost,2% transfer fee. Do you think is it best to sell or rent it out
