Lead Paint Issue and How to Fix
We are looking at a property in the state of Maine that is known for having lead paint. The price is really reasonable. I was told there is lead paint inside and out. Is there any restrictions with removal? Looking for recommendations on how to go about this. Single family home looking to BRRRR. What could be the cost of this fix, and is this a common problem?
