Finding Multi-Unit Properties
I am looking into multiunit properties and wanted suggestions on where to look. Are there any realtors in the Florida area that has expertise in finding multi-unit properties? I believe looking at properties on common websites like Zillow and Domu would be saturated. I was wondering where I can look to find off market deals. Any suggestions is greatly appreciated as well on this strategy. Thank You!
