Home Value in Toledo Ohio

Hi All,

How to know the value of a home located in Toledo, Ohio. The property taxes say that the Assessed value is 35% of Appraised Market Value.

Ex: Assessed Value=50K does this mean the Market Value is 150K approximately? I bought it in a package deal with another property and now planning to sell.
