HELOC on rental property
I am looking for a bank that does HELOCs on rental properties. I have plenty of equity in a rental property, but not enough in my primary residence.I would use the money to purchase a new primary residence. The new primary residence is in all cash deal. I'd appreciate any ideas. Thanks.
