Purchasing at auction

Hi, I am a Real Estate Title Examiner and purchase property in County Foreclosures in Florida. I’d like to start purchasing in other states for my investors and self.

Any experienced auction purchasers have any advice on which States are similar to Florida? Any pitfalls?

I do expect to find a local real estate attorney/title co, litigator and accountant. Wherever I go.
