Acquiring Properties at Auction
I’m sure this has been discussed on BP before, but I couldn’t find a thread...
I’m looking into purchasing property at auctions and It will be my first time down this road so I’m unfamiliar with the whole process. I'm hoping to get some advice and maybe an explanation of how this process works. Are there any steps a buyer needs to take before having the ability to purchase/bid? Are most purchases cash only? Has anybody purchased off auction.com? I know this is a broad question but any thoughts, tips or links to posts here on BP would be greatly appreciated.
