Looking for input on 28 unit apartment purchase, where to start?
We are looking to purchase a 28 unit rental building in Duluth Mn. Not really sure where to start as the price tag is over a million dollars. I would prefer to traditionally finance (commercial loan) but this may not be an option given current debt to income. Any other ideas in from parties in my area?
