Thinking about grabbing rental property in the Florida area , what are some of the cheapest city in Florida to grab some for example in the city’s of Jacksonville, West Palm , Tallahassee ?

I dont know about cheapest, but Port St Lucie will have over 10,000 homes developed within the next months and years... I have a veteran buddy down there, as i was telling him about recently obtaining my real estate license in NJ- he decided to pass on the Intel to me....Checkout over by St Lucie West, area by Airoso Blvd... hope this info is Helpful
