In escrow process & find out Interest rate not locked...
Hello BP family,
I’m very new to the forum and RE in general. Taking a leap and in the process of buying a home right now with a closing date of 4/1. I find out our rate hasn’t been locked in at 3.3% and now it’s a half % higher today. Has anyone had this happen? If so what options do I have? Earnest money wired this past Monday. Thank you in advance!
