1st time buyer house hack
Hello everyone. I am looking to purchase my first house and house hack in the upcoming 3 months. I am 20 years old, have decent credit (700’s) and I’m working with 10K down. I’ve been working since I was 14 and have always held a job. The only thing is I’ve only been at my current job for only 6 months, and it’s a commission based only. In terms of financing, how likely is it that I will be approved? I appreciate everyone’s knowledge, and insight in the replies. Thank you!
