Hey there! I extended an offer on my second property. It's a great flip or BRRRR opportunity! In regards to funding, has anyone used a Fannie Mae HomeStyle loan that allows to finance purchase and rehab? If so, what was your experience? Thank you in advance!

Talk to your lender, many homestyle loans are being cut off because of COVID-19, I have 3 in michigan that it just happened.
