Refinancing my first deal
Hello All,
I'm currently in the process of closing on my first deal and my lender is simultaneously working on the refinancing right after the hard money loan. The interest rate quotes is 5%. In this current market where the mortgage rate are supposedly at historical low, is 5% interest rate a good deal to consider?
