Zestimate vs Local Appraisal
Hi everyone,
I have a quick question. How come the Zillow Zestimate amount is significantly different compared to what is on the local appraisal website?
The property has a Zestimate of 183,301 but has a "just Market" value of 155K on the appraisal site. Can someone please clarify.
