How to send deals to investors

Hey BP family . I am a realtor and i also wholesale . Im trying to figure an app or a software to send my deals privately to my investors, including photos and property info . Some way i could just send them a link and it goes to all of the Any suggestions ? Thanks in advance !

Great question! As an investor one of my least favorite parts of the job is digging through my inbox for all of my wholesalers contact info and then re-emailing them to see what they have available. So far, I haven’t found anything that works as well as the wholesaler sending out a google sheet with property details, photos, etc..

I’m actually kicking around the idea of building a software where investors can search their market for off market properties that have been submitted by wholesalers in that market. Would be free advertising and networking for wholesalers and would help move deals faster.

I've wholesaled 150+ deals and below is my email template. People send me deals and I can't stand when they have unnecessary graphics, weird fonts, or formats. There is no need for a special software or tool. People prefer simplicity, especially investors with limited time and short attention spans.

BombBomb can be a good source. If you send via MLS you can email listings directly.
