FHA for a house hack

hey bp family! I'm a new investor I've been saving for my first house hack. I have enough for a down payment with a FHA loan. the problem is the lender I was speaking with said I was unable to get the FHA loan because my income was too low two years ago.but I make enough now any suggestions?
