Lease options Contracts
Hey all i have a lease option contract and a lease agreement contract. Now when it comes to creative strategies for sellers to buy homes from them as a investor. I found these contracts, Now do i need to have my seller sign the lease option and have my actual tenant sign a lease agreement? What am i suppose to be letting my tenant sign.
