This is a recap of the stats for March 2020. Total is everything in the MLS.

As you can see by the numbers, listings are a very low in the total Arizona market! We are down to 1.76 months of supply or -29.7% less listings than last year, for all residential properties in the market.

Here are the March, 2020 Average price sold and % of increase by area. This number shows the appreciation over last year for the month of March. Notice that all cites are an increase.
