Multi-family Investment Prospectus

Hey everyone,

I'm looking to develop a multi-family investment prospectus -- essentially a business plan I can share with several other investors outlining a plan to scoop up 15-20 duplexes over the next year.

Wondering if anyone has something like this available either for sale or that they are willing to share.
