websites to sell properties on???

Question

I need to know as many websites as possible to list my houses on. I already have it on Craigslist and Postlets? Does anyone knows some others. As a side note let's not start a MLS discussion.

It's on postlets now. You mentioned Marketplace. I not sure what that is in connection to postlets.com

Some lower-traffic websites that you could consider are backpage.com and kijiji.com. These avenues aren't nearly a big of a deal as craigslist or postlets, but they are still worth trying. I've sold a few properties via these websites in the past - so I know they're good for something.

Joe Jones Market place a form on Bigger Pockets that is great to find/post your property on (in addition to the suggestions mentioned in this thread)
You do have to be a Pro basic member, which requires a small monthly fee ($5/ a month) - but it is well worth it.

myhousedeals, prodigyinvestor, linkedin, facebook...all our great avenues to post your property and to network. You can also sign up for the BP premium membership and post your deals in the marketplace.

Joe Jones Did you finally get your ad on Postlets? In the discussion on your problems with Postlets, there were some suggestions for other sites. Also, if you look on Postlets, they distribute the ad to a multitude of other sites. Did you post it on them "Marketplace"?

Remember, the most important factor on moving property is pricing it right.
