Reverse mortgage reo and termites!
I know reverse mortgage reps wont negotiate past 5%... however what about after 4 months? Looking under the house several joists will have to be replaced due to the termite damage, and know many more issues will need to be addressed from them...
Anyone ever managed to get them to negotiate based on termite damage?
