How do you get owners number

I’m wondering, how do I go about getting an owners phone number in order to employ a cold calling strategy. A lot of people talk about coldcalling but I’m not sure how they go about getting phone numbers to call these owners. I’m aware of getting an address to direct mail somebody through tax records, that’s easy enough. But please help on how you go about getting phone numbers. Thank you

@Macro you need to skip trace the numbers. We use BatchSkipTracing for finding numbers in bulk.
