Real estate purchase agreement

Looking for a fillable purchase agreement.  Does Bigger Pockets have them or a link to a fee one?

I'm not an agent but I found a deal and we've agreed on a price.  I feel bringing an agent in at this point wouldn't be right since it would only impact the amount the seller would make.  He knew up front that I do not have a realtor.

At the bottom of the BiggerPockets main page go to Filepage under EXPLORE ~ then go to CONTRACTS and search for the contract or purchase agreement that fits your needs...
