Value Add Properties
Hey BiggerPockets, when renovating a house, what adds the most value to the home? Should my money be going to pulling up the floorboards and putting in a shiny new floor, or purchasing steel appliances?(This is just an example). In short, what changes add most to the ARV? All replies are appreciated!
