my first sfh deal, needs some advise
Hi guys I am about to purchase my first sfh with the intentions of buying and flipping and need some advise.
Is there a forum or post on bigger pockets that can help me analyse thr value of what the home. I just want to ensure I have covered all of thr bases before I purchase the value. I want to ensure I make some profit from this.thanks
