Wholesaling Mobile Homes

Good Morning Investors!!

I’m in the process of wholesaling a mobile home but I am confused on what kind of contract to use? Since mobile homes aren’t considered real property or Real estate and there’s no title search I didn’t think a regular Residential “As-Is” contract would work.

Please any advice would help. I am aiming to put this under contract as soon as possible. Thank you all ❤️❤️

@Maya Patterson If personal property, it would be similar to a contract to buy a used vehicle. You may want to do a search online for sample contracts. There are also sample contracts in various mobile home investing books. Another avenue to check out is your local manufactured housing association. They may have some resources available. Best of luck!
