How to set up my business structure
Hello all,
As the heading states I currently my wife and I currently live in New York but wo8ld live to move to Florida in the next 3-5 years. We're looking to purchase our first investment home in Jacksonville fl, but watching all these you tube vidoes and reading online just leaves me with more questions than answers. I just want a guideline as how to set up a business structure to protect my assets being I live in one state and doing business in another..

The easiest way will be to just buy it as a sole proprietor and add an umbrella policy just for protection.
