Down Payment Assistance Programs? In Northern California
Hello there Bigger Pocket community had a couple questions regarding home loans, So me and my wife are pre qualified for 250K with 5% down. We have the downpayment but we wanted to see what kind of down payment assistance there are for us in Sacramento, CA. I know my lender told me she doesn't have down payment assistance program with her. If you guys can give me some advice i'd greatly appreciate it.
