Closing a house with boarder closed?
Hi everyone i bought a house and can not close it because can't go over the boarder I even called the boarder and said I can not go to sign the paperwork!! .I can close at a American Embassy it's open but the notary is close so that does not work either.Anyone else is this situation ?Does.anyone have a suggestion?
