Mortage rate negotiation!! URGENT Please Help!
Hello BiggerPockets family!
I am finally buying a house and I want the best rate possible, our lender has been divisive and everything short of a nightmare but through the help of you guys we are looking to close with our heads held high! I have a credit score of 776 and the lender is offering me a mortage rate of 3.5 with an APR of 3.868- realistically how low can i get the rate? My house is in the greater Sacramento California area and the price is $434546 with 3% down.
