Sponsor Track Record
I am investigating different sponsors for investment opportunities. I am reviewing the track records and some of them seem a little too good, like they've never had a bad investment. Does the SEC require a sponsor to list ALL investments on their track record, or can the sponsor pick and choose and only put the investments with the best returns?
