Selling first investment - tips/tricks?
We are selling out investment. 3 bedroom townhouse, built in 2017. It’s lovely and modern, in a high traffic area for university students and first home buyers. Air conditioned, new paint, appliances etc.
The current rental return $430 per week covers the mortgage. (Pays for itself.)
It has 4 years left of the included builders insurance. Any tips to assist in selling to a fabulous investor? We are selling due to finances at home, my daughter has run into some long terM health concerns.
