We are planning on moving to Colorado Springs in the very near future.

Anyone have an assumable mortgage on a property? Or an unwanted fix/flip I could look at? I’m going to be in town until 6/17/2020.

Area isn’t as important.

4+ bedrooms good

5+ even better

Got 4 kids and grandparents coming to visit.

@Scott P.

Have you tried any wholesalers that work in the Colorado Springs area? I saw someone mentioned @Brent Bowers and @Darren Smith the other day. You might reach out to them.
