Hard Money Loan vs. Own Cash
Planning to start the BRRRR process in MD. Should we use a hard money loan or our own cash for purchase. Just thinking that holding onto cash with the uncertainty right now may be the way to go. With the BRRRR, the idea would be to pay back the HML in short order as to now pay a ton in interest. Any thoughts/suggestions? Thank you!!
